Steps to Establish a Partnership
WE OFFER 24X7 SUPPORT
- Submit an EOI in person or via email, outlining your institution’s needs and areas of interest for collaboration. This helps us tailor our services accordingly.
- Our team will review your EOI to ensure alignment with our training objectives. Once approved, we will proceed to formalize the partnership.
- Before issuing a partnership letter, our team will conduct a physical visit to assess your institute’s readiness for collaboration.
- Upon a successful inspection, a partnership letter will be issued, officially listing your institute as a partner of SDC Karachi, enabling you to offer our accredited training programs.
- A bank draft of Rs. 20,000/- will be required annually to maintain the partnership.
Post-Partnership Compliance and Reporting
- Within 15 days of starting each training program, you must submit an FTIR to SDC Karachi, summarizing enrolled trainees and initial program progress.
- Submit monthly attendance reports to help monitor trainee engagement and ensure effective training delivery.

- Per Trainee Per Course Fee:
We charge 10-20% of the course fee per trainee for our services. - Minimum Charge for NGOs and CSOs:
The minimum charge per trainee per course is Rs. 1,000/-, ensuring that basic costs are covered.
Course Assessment and Certification Process
- Assessment is conducted by the partnering institute with an SDC Karachi representative present.
- A formal examination process will ensure trainees grasp the course content effectively.
