Skill Development Council Karachi is one regulatory body that heads the umbrella of training institutes all over the city. We aim to provide formal education to students seeking skill-development and short but practically effective courses in all major fields. We design our curriculum on high standards, keeping in view the needs of modern corporate world and prioritizing the demands of geographical locations that come under our banner.
SDC Karachi has partnered with a number of leading and professional institutions all over Karachi with the sole purpose of building skilled and educated individuals in all major areas. From Banking to IT, Health and Safety to certifications in cooking and fashion designing, Engineering studies to professional management trainings- we tend to cover all fields of education that can help us teach enthusiastic students and eliminate issues such as unemployment and lack of professionalism in studies.
The partner institutions are linked to SDC through proper legal channel and provide trainings under our planned curriculum which is built on international standards. At the end of the training tenure, the institutes are liable to provide certifications or diplomas which are signed and issued by the Skill Development Council Karachi.

SDC and Partner institutions

This is how SDC Karachi plays its part in trainings that are going on in partner institutions: When the students are enrolled in an institute, they are registered in the SDC student directory and all formally collected data is sent to SDC Karachi.
During the training period, the institutes that are registered with us, are liable to teach courses based on the curriculum formulated by the Council and cover all the subject areas mentioned to them in formal agreement
After successful completion of courses, comprising of theoretical as well as practical studies, examinations are conducted to assess and grade the students based on their performance. These examinations are conducted on dates and locations provided by the Council, preferably in any nearby partner institute where a representative of SDC may asses the students and grade them. After the necessary documentation and formal procedures, certificates and diplomas are issued by SDC Karachi to all passing students.
